Sound familiar?

Less double entry, fewer mistakes

Plenty of kitchens run on a mix of emails, spreadsheets and memory. That works fine until a busy day comes along.

Without Caterflow: Orders arrive by email, phone and text message

With Caterflow: Every order in one place, including the ones customers place online

Without Caterflow: The production list is rebuilt in Excel every afternoon

With Caterflow: Production and packing lists are generated from today's orders

Without Caterflow: Last-minute changes never reach the kitchen

With Caterflow: Changes up to your own cut-off go straight into production

Without Caterflow: Drivers call in for addresses and delivery times

With Caterflow: Routes and stops are in the driver app, and every stop is signed off

Without Caterflow: The canteen guesses how many people will eat today

With Caterflow: Pre-orders give you the numbers before you start cooking

Without Caterflow: Invoicing takes days at the end of every month

With Caterflow: Invoices are created from deliveries and sent to e-conomic

How it works

One order, all the way through

Once an order is in, it flows all the way from the kitchen to the invoice. Nobody has to type the same thing twice.

  1. 1

    The customer orders

In the customer portal or the app. Or you enter the order for them.

  2. 2

    The kitchen gets its lists

Production lists per day, dish and customer, ready to print.

  3. 3

    Purchasing is calculated

Purchase lists based on menus, recipes and orders.

  4. 4

    Food is packed and delivered

Packing lists, routes and the driver app. Or pick-up in the canteen.

  5. 5

    The invoice goes out

Invoices are created automatically and sent to e-conomic.

Production

Production without guesswork

Recipes, ingredients and semi-finished products are connected in Caterflow. Once the orders are in, the system works out the quantities, so the kitchen makes exactly what's needed.

  • Recipes that scale automatically
  • Production lists per day, dish and customer
  • Allergens and nutrition info on every dish

Purchasing & inventory

Purchasing that matches this week's menu

Caterflow calculates purchase lists from menus and orders and keeps an eye on stock, so you buy what you need and no more.

  • Purchase lists calculated from orders
  • Purchase orders and suppliers in one place
  • Real-time stock levels

Logistics

Delivery with every stop under control

Plan routes, assign them to your own drivers or transport partners, and see what each route costs. Drivers have their stops and delivery details in the app.

  • Fixed and daily route plans
  • Driver app with sign-off at every stop
  • Transport partners and price per route

Questions and answers

What people often ask us

How much does Caterflow cost?
It depends on the modules you need and how many covers you produce. You start with the essentials and can add logistics or the customer portal when you need them. See our pricing, or book a demo for a concrete quote.
How long does it take to get started?
Most customers are up and running within 2 to 4 weeks. We handle setup and data import and train your team, so the switch doesn't disrupt service.
Can you help us move from our current system?
Yes. We help move data from your current solution, for example Kanpla or Piranya, so customers, dishes and history come with you.
Can our customers order and make changes themselves?
Yes. Your customers get access to a customer portal where they can order, make changes, register holidays and see menus. Changes made before your cut-off go straight into production.
Does Caterflow work for canteens?
Yes. Guests can pre-order and pay online and collect their food in the canteen, menus show allergens, and point-of-sale sales are recorded in the same system. Madklubben runs both catering and canteen operations on Caterflow.
Does Caterflow integrate with our accounting system?
Caterflow integrates with e-conomic, so invoices never need to be typed in twice. For other systems, we offer an integration API.
Can we start with part of the system?
Yes. Caterflow is modular, so you can start with what adds the most value today and expand later.
What about data security?
Caterflow is GDPR compliant, and data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
